Adventures of the Billy Bus; The Next Generation. Rolling to the Nationals and only an hour out of OKC....Dead stop on I35 waiting on stock trailers to load a herd of cattle blocking the interstate. Where are the Cowboys???? If I only had a few Collies we would get this job done!!!

Adventures of the Billy Bus; The Next Generation, OR The Blodism of Dog Showing. Last Thursday night I sat (make that sat, paced, sat, paced) as I watched The Weather Channel forecast Torcon 6, 5 and 4’s for Kansas and parts of Nebraska. The Billy Bus needed to roll by 5am to miss all the severe weather being forecasted in my path to the dog show. My gut said “stay home” my dog show gut said “go show your dog”, stay, go, stay, go…..alas my panic overwhelmed me, I’m staying home. Really???? I'm going to throw away another entry, RV reservations and grooming, but SOMETHING kept telling me STAY HOME!!!!!! Saturday I received a text from Jessica M Kalupa........I WAS NOT ENTERED IN THAT SHOW !!!!!!!!!! I'm glad I have a very LOUD GUT !!!!!!!!
Adventures of the Billy Bus: The next Generation. (aka The Miles Machine) Somewhere far far away from Austin Texas on the vast super highway known as I35W we made one of many potty stops. (Me and the dogs) As I walked Mr. Miles I saw in the distance a Big Texan heading our direction carrying a gasoline jug. Thinking he would pass as I changed dogs, I opened the door as Miss Julie bolted out .....Oh my he was very close to the bus. The Big Texan said “them dogs seen any birds this year?” I replied “No Sir, they haven’t been in the field this year, they are show dogs right now”. Texan, “what show are they on?” I blurted out “Pardon ME??? He said “what TV show are they on”……I swear folks I CAN”T MAKE THIS STUFF UP !!!!!!!
